Results from eight years of research work will be presented on September 25 and 26, 2024 in Berlin on the EUREF-Campus and online: The joint project Carbon2Chem® invites you to the 7th hybrid conference on sustainable chemical conversion in industry. After eight years of the project, the consortium will present the results achieved and put them up for discussion. Together with an extensive supporting program, there will be an opportunity to exchange ideas with researchers and gain practical insights into the content of the joint project.

The lecture program presents the results of Carbon2Chem® in seven thematic blocks:

  • The Carbon2Chem® success story
  • Framework conditions for a climate-neutral industry
  • Research and development for a climate-neutral industry
  • Systemintegration
  • CO2 sources and hydrogen
  • Analytics and gas treatment
  • Syntheses and products

The supporting program invites participants to interact directly with the scientists. As part of the poster exhibition and the theme islands, participants can find out about the various key research areas and results of the project. At the interactive table, there will be an opportunity to get to know the solutions developed in the joint project better by linking technology modules. The challenges of optimizing the control of a cross-industrial system can be understood with the interactive demonstrator. Last but not least, there is the opportunity to get to know the eMethanol car developed in the project better during a test drive.
