Water as a resource will increasingly come to the fore due to the challenges of climate change. At the same time, approaches for the utilization of biomass will offer opportunities in the future to significantly reduce CO2 emissions and save fossil raw materials. At IFAT 2022, Fraunhofer UMSICHT researchers will present innovative concepts and technologies for the sustainable management of water, the recycling of valuable materials, and the provision of climate-neutral energy.
